Cafe Menu for w/c 16th April 2018

We are delighted to share a sample of our new menu with you, launching on Monday 16th April.

James Larkins, our Executive Chef has been working hard on creating a delicious range of new dishes for our diners, using a concept of a University of Oxford ‘indulgence curve’ with healthier meals at the start of the week, moving towards more indulgent meals towards the weekend.

We are excited to introduce some new concepts, including Besaha (Middle Eastern concept), Four & Twenty (recognising the rich history of British cuisine and ingredients, albeit with a modern twist), and Root Kitchen (Veg-centric concept).

Having analysed the feedback given, we are pleased to suggest a menu with increased variety and flavours, whilst keeping some of the old favourites still available.

We have introduced protein pots for those of you wishing to pep up your summertime salad bar visits, along with a revised menu of salads, and brought in healthy sweet potatoes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
