Data Protection and Club Rules Agreement: Before Continuing with your application you must agree with the following for us to process your form and comply with the Data Protection Legislation: Data Protection Agreement Data entered can be used to confirm your eligibility for your membership by checking the following data held on you by Oxford University. Your name Your University bar code (if you have one) Your University Status (staff, graduate student, etc) Your University Card Expiry date The information supplied will be held securely on a University file server. If you opt to join the club email list, you agree to receive information regarding events and/ or announcements relevant to the Club. We respect your right to privacy. Please be assured that data will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to a third party other than Oxford University Offices as stated above or otherwise strictly within the principles of the data Protection Act 1998.
