Your name Your University bar code (if you have one) Your University Status (staff, graduate student, etc) Your University Card Expiry date The information supplied will be held securely on a University file server. If you opt to join the club email list, you agree to receive information regarding events and/ or announcements relevant to the Club. We respect your right to privacy. Please be assured that data will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to a third party other than Oxford University Offices as stated above or otherwise strictly within the principles of the data Protection Act 1998.
