We are excited to announce that our gym has recently been renovated and now boasts a collection of new machines, providing you with a top-notch fitness experience.
At our gym, we prioritise convenience and flexibility. We understand that managing your time is crucial, which is why we offer timeslot booking. The user-friendly Oxford sports app lets you quickly reserve your preferred workout time. This ensures you can easily plan your fitness routine and have a dedicated space to achieve your goals.
Launching Tuesday 4 July the gym will extend its opening hours to 7:30am until 9pm, giving you even more flexibility.

The all-weather sports pitches have been refurbished. They will be available Monday to Friday from 7:30am until 9pm from Tuesday 4 July
They are floodlit and are the perfect spot for a kickaround with your team.
To book, you can either use the Oxford sports app or use the Book Online to ‘Pay as you go’. No membership is required.


Our Tuesday evening Pilates classes are run by Jane Callaway of Clever Movement
Jane is a local Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience and offers physio-led pilates classes face to face and online.

These Pilates classes are run by Oxford Sports Physio and Pilates who are pleased to offer both in person and online sessions. The classes are run as a course and need to be booked as a block of sessions. If you are a beginner, please email anna@oxfordsportsphysio.co.uk to arrange a 1:1 assessment prior to your first session. The classes take place downstairs in the Multi Purpose Room, and please bring a mat and a small towel to use as head support.
Gill has a clinical background as a nurse, and a wealth of experience teaching Pilates, particularly for back pain and chronic conditions. The level of these classes will depend on the experience of the participants. Gill can give various options from more challenging to more beginner levels to accommodate all abilities.
