Our Tuesday evening Pilates classes are run by Jane Callaway of Clever Movement

Jane is a local Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience and offers physio-led pilates classes face to face and online.

These Pilates classes are run by Oxford Sports Physio and Pilates who are pleased to offer both in person and online sessions. The classes are run as a course and need to be booked as a block of sessions. If you are a beginner, please email to arrange a 1:1 assessment prior to your first session. The classes take place downstairs in the Multi Purpose Room, and please bring a mat and a small towel to use as head support.

Gill has a clinical background as a nurse, and a wealth of experience teaching Pilates, particularly for back pain and chronic conditions. The level of these classes will depend on the experience of the participants. Gill can give various options from more challenging to more beginner levels to accommodate all abilities.

Wednesdays  at 4.30pm – with Gill Stansfield – Gentle Intermediate class
Wednesdays at 5.30pm – Gill Stansfield – Intermediate class

Zoom Timetable (included when you book a face to face class):

Monday, 9.30am - 1 hour intermediate class with Anna
Monday, 5.30pm - 30 minute Move class with Anna
Tuesday, 7.45am  - 1 hour intermediate-advanced with Frankie
Tuesday, 7pm  - 30 minute Move class with Anna
Thursday, 12.30pm - 30 minute Move class with Anna

The all-weather sports pitch is currently undergoing repairs and maintenance. Opening details will be shared once the pitch is available to book.
