One portable monitor is available on a first-come, first-served basis and shared between rooms. If laptops or other equipment is needed, please be advised to bring your own.

Food and refreshments

Food and refreshments can be purchased in the onsite Beyond Ordinary café, or hospitality can be ordered through Compass via the FM Helpdesk - view hospitality options here. We are also able to host gatherings in the cafe area, such as talks and staff engagement events.

To make an enquiry about a future booking, please contact the FM Helpdesk at facilities@admin.ox.ac.uk or 01865 2 70087. The team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Please note that the lift will be closed for refurbishment from 6 May to 5 August 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please contact reception@club.ox.ac.uk if you have any queries about whether this will affect a new or existing booking with us.
